Counselling Therapy Madrid offers counselling and therapy in English to the international English-speaking community in Spain

Although originally from Bristol, I have lived and worked in Madrid, Spain for over 25 years where I am a dedicated English-speaking therapist and I specialize in providing therapy services to the international community, both in-person throughout Spain and online, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving the support you need.

My qualifications include a BSc and MSc in Psychology, as well as extensive postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic therapies. Furthermore I have a deep personal understanding of the unique challenges that expatriates, travelers, and the international community face when it comes to mental health and well-being.

At Counselling Therapy Madrid, my mission is to provide therapy and counselling in English to international English-speakers in Madrid and the rest of Spain.
